The Next Step Circle: A Monthly Career Coaching Group
The Next Step Circle is a gentle monthly coaching group for people who want support about what step to take next and want a grounded place to figure it out without pressure.
This space is for you if:
- You’re exploring a career change or asking “What’s next for me?”
- You feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed by options.
- You want support that integrates answering career questions with self-acceptance.
- You want concrete research, exercises, tools, and resources, not just general encouragement.
1:1 coaching is awesome but this group adds a way to work with me that is less expensive.
Starting in March, I'll host a 3-month pilot group and if we love it, I’ll continue it and reopen registration for new members to join us for the June session.
March 16th, April 13th, May 11th, 7 - 8:15 PM EST
The group will include:
- One 75-minute Zoom call a month for live coaching, exercises, and Q&A.
- A group Slack workspace to post questions, share your career progress, and stay connected between sessions.
The group will offer support for people who want a check-in space, lower-cost coaching, gentle accountability, and connection with other people as they navigate career and life transitions. You'll get concrete tools and support to improve your life and career in a setting that doesn't blame for systemic or personal barriers.
The sliding scale is from $10–$80 per month so it can be both accessible to participants as an ongoing part of their lives and sustainable for me.
After you register and pay for the first session, we'll reach out to you to set up the monthly payment and you can drop in and out of the group any time before the first of each month. It's designed to provide a consistent place to come back to that is also flexible.
