Are you feeling stuck in your career and want support moving forward? Join us for a four week live career development group to end the year with clarity, energy, and clear next steps to move towards a life you love.
In this group, you’ll learn how to use the powerful tools from Designing Your Life (DYL), a methodology developed for design thinking experts Bill Burnett and Dave Evans’ popular Stanford class. You'll have the opportunity for supported self-reflection, coaching from Pippi, and the boost of working on your career with others who are in the same process.
We'll meet on Zoom on four Monday nights, 7:00 - 9:00 PM EST and you'll leave each class with exercises to try in between.
The course is $180 - $500 sliding scale (if you want some help picking where you fall in the scale, check out my friend Hadassah Damien's great chart: https://www.ridefreefearlessmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/RFFM_snSliding-ScaleEng_v3_2024-1.png). If the bottom of the scale is too high, feel free to reach out to me about what would be workable for you.

WHAT: New career development tools and group coaching in the Designing Your Life method.
WHO: Pippi Kessler is an organizational psychologist, facilitator, trainer, and leadership and career coach who has trained thousands of people at synagogues, nonprofits, universities, schools, arts organizations, and activist groups around the world. Her coaching approach draws on ethical leadership techniques, dynamical systems theory, and social psychological research to help people translate their principles into concrete practices and behaviors, and work towards building a life and work life that they love and feel proud of. She received her M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is also certified as a Designing Your Life coach, which is a career coaching methodology that helps people get unstuck about what they might want to try next in their professional and personal path.
