The work I've done with Pippi has been utterly transformative. She is one of the most skilled facilitators I've ever encountered - in more than 20 years of organizing - and she's able to coach me through any and all situations, no matter how messy or painful. She has an ability to see me - and reflect myself back to me - in the most insightful, constructive, and helpful ways I could ever imagine, and she has a way of gently pushing me to dig deep to find my power and my voice. I treasure my time with her and don't know how I would have made it through my first year as an executive director without her!
